2. Product Customization

• Customers are responsible for uploading high-quality images for customization. Memoro is not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images provided by the customer.
• The colors of printed products may vary slightly due to monitor and printer settings.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order or upon delivery for COD orders.
• Memoro offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
• For prepaid orders, payment can be made through available online payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Products are shipped within the timeline mentioned during the order process.
• Memoro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
• COD orders require payment in full at the time of delivery. Failure to pay will result in the product being returned to Memoro.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where they arrive damaged.
• In case of a damaged product, customers must notify Memoro within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@memoro.co.in with photos of the damage.
• Upon approval, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on the Memoro website are the property of Memoro. Customers retain ownership of the images they upload but grant Memoro the right to use them solely for fulfilling their orders.

7. Liability

• Memoro’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
• Memoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and will never share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law
