At Memoro, we take great pride in the quality of our customized frames. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Customized Frames
All customized frames are made specifically for you based on the details you provide. As such, customized frames are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure that the details you submit during the customization process are correct.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective frame, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the nature of the problem. To process a claim, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged frame.
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.

3. Non-Customized Frames
If there is an issue with a non-customized frame, such as incorrect shipping or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item for a possible return or exchange.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@memoro.co.in with your order details. We will guide you through the return process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@memoro.co.in. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

7. Exemptions
Please note that customized frames are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
